While leading one of the most successful real estate teams in the nation, Andy still coached all of his kids’ sports, went on multiple family vacations every year, and never failed to put his wife and kids first. Over the years, Andy has taught this method to his team members, many of whom now run some of the most successful teams in the country. Now in his 33rd year of selling real estate, Andy remains among the top agents in the nation.
